All emergency electrical services are provided on a urgent call-out basis.
Deposit Required: £100 of the first hour’s quoted rate is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your slot and is deducted from the final balance.
Hourly Rate: Work is charged at the hourly rate quoted during booking. Final cost depends on time, parts, and complexity.
Final Balance: Due immediately on completion via cash, card, or bank transfer. Invoices available on request.
Guarantee: All work is guaranteed for 12 months (parts & labour). Excludes misuse or pre-existing faults.
